gebruik door het publiek: Het publiek gebruik omvat het privégebruik dat het gebruik bibliotheek en het gebruik / demonstratie in het openbaar (op evenementen, in scholen, enz.), incl Lening, maar alleen op het grondgebied van de provincie .. Uitgesloten is de productie en verspreiding van kopieën, de distributie via internet, op televisie, in de films.
